Amy Winehouse could be divorced from her estranged husband within six weeks, following reports that the court will issue a decree nisi tomorrow.
The 'Valerie' star is understood not to have spoken to Blake Fielder-Civil for several months, after it was reported that he had filed for divorce to end their brief marriage.
According to the Daily Mail, court records show that the couple's separation will be discussed at the Family Division of the High Court in London tomorrow.
Winehouse will have to wait the standard six weeks after the decree nisi is issued to give any third parties a chance to object to the divorce.
She was recently photographed making an emotional return to the UK after spending the majority of the last eight months living on the Caribbean island of St Lucia.
